*Disclaimer* Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, slight imperfections may occur. Every order is inspected before shipping. You may see black marks on the joints of some items printed with clear filament. We are unable to test every color of filament for every item we offer. 3D printed items are not suitable for very young children, as the pieces could potentially break off and become a choking hazard. PLA is not indestructible, and some models are more delicate than others; please handle with care.

*Special filaments* - Glow in the dark.

Glow-in-the-Dark Filaments require UV light to glow. Not all filaments are manufactured the same way, so the time each filament is exposed to UV light can vary to see the full effect. The multi-colored Glow-in-the-Dark Filament and/or other multi-colored filaments change color depending on the layer height; larger elements will see better results. Two items printed in the same color may appear different colors depending on where the items were printed in the color change.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

All of our items are printed on a high-quality machine and can take anywhere from a few minutes to 50+ hours to complete, depending on the item. We pride ourselves on delivering the best quality possible and will never sell you a product that isn't worth buying. Since at the end of the day 3D printing is essentially forcing molten plastic layer upon layer through a tube, it's not a perfect science and imperfections are to be expected. However, we will never sell you a product that is of inferior quality. We have invested a lot of money in our equipment to ensure top-quality results. We advise caution around young children, as it could be a potential choking hazard if damaged.

CONSTRUCTION

All our items are printed from PLA and are non-toxic. These materials (especially PLA) are sensitive to extreme heat and should therefore not be exposed to extreme heat sources for extended periods.

ITEM CARE

3D prints are not dishwasher safe and should only be hand washed. Washing a 3D printed item in a washing machine can cause shrinkage and damage to the item. Avoid extreme heat.

We always ship on time, and depending on the size of the item, we may even ship earlier than expected. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND RETURNS

If an item is damaged, we will endeavor to find a satisfactory solution by either issuing a refund or replacing the item. We cannot accept returns for custom orders, as each one is unique.
